Saudi Arabia

The Sea and Dry Port Authorisation can be printed as below onto plain paper unless otherwise stated, then stamped by the Chamber of Commerce for acceptance.  All other documents must be printed onto Headed Paper and  stamped by the Saudi Arabian Chamber of Commerce.  These are suitable for both commercial and personal shipments.  When used for commercial shipments, customers usually complete the form with a valid period of 1 year so that a new one isn't required for each shipment.  The agent details should be left blank so that the relevant agent can be completed when we pass it to Customs for clearance.
